01 — Growth Opportunity

While Concord was known for exceptional service built on their principle of 'The basics done well,' leadership recognized their marketing touchpoints no longer reflected their premium service and expertise.

02 — Strategic Response

On-site visits and leadership discussions revealed significant shortcomings in the website's content architecture and user experience. Working closely with the leadership team, I restructured the digital presence to clearly articulate their product range and unique service value.

Beyond digital transformation, I developed a refined brand identity and creative platform. The visual language featured a sleek design system incorporating the first and last letters of 'Concord' (CD) into a globe-shaped monogram, reflecting their global reach while subtly referencing their traded resources' subterranean origins. This device served as a framing mechanism, juxtaposing raw materials with end products – from bauxite to bridges – elegantly illustrating Concord's value creation across the supply chain.
