Research began comprehensively: staff workshops, customer interviews, on-site 'buyer' journeys, and local competitor visits yielded a detailed data deck mapping the competitive landscape and revealing crucial insights into customer expectations and standards.
This intelligence informed development of a cohesive GTM brand strategy. Given the venture's educational focus and lack of marketing department, I complemented the brand launch (including new visual identity, enhanced service design, and custom website) with practical tools and guidelines ensuring consistent brand experience from awareness through advocacy.
