Tasked with making the PDF-only book more accessible to aspiring entrepreneurs, I explored the product's brand vision and future state, developing a brand strategy to increase demand generation and market visibility
Through detailed contextual analysis and competitive benchmarking, I identified key drivers and potential friction points in new customers' path to purchase. Beyond proposing a new venture identity, I engaged in product innovation exploration (PIE), recommending development of a companion app. This platform would integrate existing content while enabling entrepreneurs to store, share, and manage ideas and experiments across projects, creating both improved accessibility and new monetization opportunities.
